• You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

• A return fee of 18% of the original product cost will be deducted from your refund (effective February 1, 2024).

• Please contact our Customer Service team at help@stylentdecor.com to request a return shipping label.

• Returned items must be in original, resalable condition, including:

  • Original packaging

  • Instruction manuals

  • Warranty materials

  • Tags/labels

• Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed.

• Original shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

• Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.

⚠️ Special or Large Orders

Certain orders are billed at the time of order and are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. This includes:

• Personalized or made-to-measure products

• Custom cuts

• Special production runs

• Quoted items

• Orders totaling $1000 or more
