Return & Refund Policy

At Stylentdecor, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.


Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- A restocking fee of 18% will be deducted from your refund. This includes the cost of the return shipping label.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at help@stylentdecor.com for approval and return instructions.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus restocking fee) within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement, without any restocking fee.

Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
- If your package is lost or delayed, we will help file a claim with the carrier and assist you through the process.
