At Stylentdecor, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- A restocking fee of 18% will be deducted from your refund. This includes the cost of the return shipping label.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at help@stylentdecor.com for approval and return instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus restocking fee) within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement, without any restocking fee.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
- If your package is lost or delayed, we will help file a claim with the carrier and assist you through the process.

Luv them. Feel great in your hand, they have substance. Perfect jewelry for our cabinets. One caution, installing them measure each one as some are off by a hair (slight deviation where the holes sit in handle)and definitely can be an issue when using a template. Looking for beautiful hardware, we totally recommend these.

Installing end of month. The quality is 5 star, the quickness of delivery very prompt. Installed finally. Luv the hardware has good substance and weight to them. Perfect jewelry to our cabinets. One word of caution, if using a template measure ea screw hole. Some are a hair off and it can make a slight difference in where you drill the screw holes. Other than that we very much recommend this product.

They are so beautiful and sleek. The screws that came with them were not long enough but that’s okay, easy and cheap enough fix to go get 2” screws. Just be prepared for that possibility.
