Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.


Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- A restocking fee of 18% will be deducted from your refund. This includes the cost of the return shipping label.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at help@stylentdecor.com for approval and return instructions.



Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus restocking fee) within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement, without any restocking fee.

The handles themselves are very strong and beautiful. I think the unlacquered brass will patina perfectly. Do yourself a favor and get some #6 pan head screws for installing them. The shipping left a lot to be desired. I got a shipping notification and then nothing until 2 days after the promised delivery date when I sent a message to the seller asking what was going on. My items were in the mail the next day. To put this in perspective, I ordered something from a shop in France in the same transaction and they arrived at my home in SoCal the same day.
